"Pure Blues revive a more original and vintage electric guitar tone. The wrap wire is warm-sounding pure nickel and the core is round which has great sustain and a nice flexible feel. To my ear they’re actually brighter and punchier than other pure nickel strings which must be down to the core:wrap ratio. In fact, I find them more akin to modern electric guitar strings with a little more flex.
